CAD to ANSA Translators provide an advanced solution to efficiently translate CAD data to ANSA format. The translators make it possible to access geometric and PLM data (part number, material, gage, part location in assembly, etc.) from the CAD files.
At present, translation to ANSA readable format can be attained for CAD data from:
- CATIA V4
- CATIA V5
- NX
- Pro/Engineer
- JT
The translators can either be setup to run as a stand alone batch operation for large jobs or they can be used through an intelligible GUI for an interactive data translation. Both 32-bit and 64-bit version translators have proven to be robust on various platforms. |
